Ready-to-Ship Items

This applies to dolls we have in stock and all accessories.

For USA and Canada Customers

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the sale of intimate products is final. This means that after sending the goods — no exchange or refund is accepted.

For EU and UK Customers

You can cancel the order within 14 days after delivery, but only if the product hasn’t been opened and is still fully sealed.

To cancel your order, please send us a written request within 14 days of receiving your order. You’re responsible for the cost of returning the item within 14 days — it must be new and unused. We fully refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please remember that if you open or unpack the product, you lose the right to cancel the order.

Custom-Made Items

This applies to all dolls, torsos, and body parts, as every item is made specifically for your order, even if you didn’t choose special custom options.

Cancelling within 48 Hours

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. A 400 USD cancellation fee applies, which we will issue as store credit valid for 12 months. You can use this credit for a future purchase.

Cancelling after 48 Hours

If you cancel your order more than 48 hours after purchase, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.

What to do?

Because your love doll is handmade, production starts within 48 hours of your order. At that point, we've already sourced the premium materials and production cost for your doll, so those costs are already spent.

We recommend you carefully read the description of your order and all the details before making a purchase.

Damaged Goods

You have the legal rights of a Customer if you receive a damaged Product.

We strongly recommend taking a video or photo of the unopened box before opening the product if you notice any damage. You need this evidence to submit a claim. Please use our Damage Report Form to contact us.

Please note: our products are handmade, and minor defects are not considered damage.

This is our current policy and replaces any previous information about returns or refunds you may find on our website or in past communications with our team.

We may update this policy at any time. The policy is effective from the date shown at the bottom of this page and applies to all purchases from that date forward. If you need to see a previous version of this policy, please contact our support team.
